Returns / Cancellation

Cancellation and refund conditions for Live Online services sold on this site.

1. Scope

This policy applies to enrolments in Live Online programmes sold by SC EUROPROIECT ESTATE SRL. There is no return of physical goods, because the services are digital / live online. For delivery, see the Delivery page.

2. Commercial cancellation and refund policy

  • You may request cancellation and a refund if the request is sent at least 5 business days before the course start date (first session in the published calendar).
  • After the course has started (after the first session), no refund is granted under this commercial policy.
  • After a refund request is approved, amounts are returned via the same payment channel where possible, within a maximum of 5 business days.

3. How to request cancellation / refund

Email cursuri@europroiect.ro and/or call +40 744 618 240, followed by email confirmation. Include: full name, enrolment email, course name and start date. Incomplete requests may delay processing.

4. Consumers (natural persons) — GEO no. 34/2014

For consumers who are natural persons, distance contracts are subject to GEO no. 34/2014. The statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days, with the exceptions provided by law — including where performance of the service has begun, with the consumer's express agreement, before the period expires. The commercial policy in section 2 complements this for Live Online programmes; it does not replace mandatory legal rights where they apply.

5. B2B / corporate clients

For corporate offers and B2B contracts, cancellation and refund terms are those in the accepted offer / contract. Failing special clauses, section 2 applies.

6. Cancellation by Europroiect Estate

If a cohort is cancelled or rescheduled for reasons attributable to the organiser, we offer rescheduling or a full refund of amounts paid for sessions not delivered, via the same payment channel, within a maximum of 5 business days after you confirm your chosen option.

7. Merchant and invoicing

SC EUROPROIECT ESTATE SRL is the merchant that sells the services and issues the invoice. Tax ID 24149442 (RO24149442), Trade Register No. J2008000622093, EUID ROONRC.J2008000622093.
