How and when our Live Online professional training services are delivered.
1. Nature of the services
The products sold on this website in connection with course enrolment are Live Online professional training services (live trainer sessions, digital materials and platform access where included). We do not sell physical goods and we do not ship parcels for these programmes.
2. Delivery method
Delivery consists of: (a) enrolment confirmation and access instructions sent by email after payment confirmation; (b) Live Online sessions held according to the calendar published on the course page; (c) access to digital materials / Europroiect Estate Labs where included in the course package. Communications are normally sent to the email address provided at enrolment.
3. Estimated delivery timing
The main service (live sessions) is delivered on the dates and times in the course calendar shown on the Live Online course page. Access instructions / enrolment confirmation are normally sent as soon as practicable after payment confirmation and before the first session. Any calendar change is communicated by email.
4. Prices and descriptions
The detailed description of each programme and the price in lei (RON) are shown on the relevant course page. For card payment, bank transfer, cancellation and refunds, see the Terms and Conditions and Returns / Cancellation.
5. Merchant
