1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Europroiect Estate website and the services offered through it. By accessing and using our site, you agree to comply with these terms. The site operator is Europroiect Estate SRL, CUI RO24149442, registered office at Bd. Independentei 18, Bloc B6, 810004 Braila, Romania. Our services (professional training, corporate training, consulting) are primarily aimed at professionals and companies (B2B) in Romania and the European Union. 2. Services offered

Europroiect Estate provides professional training in project management, consulting and corporate training programmes. Specific details of each service are available on our website.

3. Registration and accounts

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

4. Payments and cancellations

Live Online course prices are shown in lei (RON) and, for vocational training programmes, are VAT exempt as stated on the course page. Card payments are processed by Stripe (secure checkout page). Bank transfer (OP) follows the instructions in the enrolment form. Payment, cancellation and refund terms for corporate offers are those in the accepted offer. For consumers (natural persons), distance contracts are subject to GEO no. 34/2014: the withdrawal period is 14 days, with the exceptions provided by law (including where performance of the service has begun, with express agreement, before the period expires). For B2B, withdrawal follows the offer.

5. Intellectual property

All materials, content and intellectual property on this site are owned by Europroiect Estate or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. Limitation of liability

Europroiect Estate does not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

7. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law, including Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce where applicable. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania in the jurisdiction of the operator's registered office (Europroiect Estate SRL, Braila). EU consumers may also use the ODR platform (ANPC) and the ADR mechanism, linked in the site footer.
