1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Europroiect Estate website and the services offered through it. By accessing and using our site, you agree to comply with these terms. Our services (professional training, corporate training, consulting) are primarily aimed at professionals and companies (B2B) in Romania and the European Union. In the sales process, SC EUROPROIECT ESTATE SRL acts as a merchant (seller) (seller of its own training and consulting services). The site is not a marketplace; we are not an intermediary, agent or distributor of third parties for the Live Online courses sold here. Payment processors (Stripe, Netopia Payments) facilitate collection but do not sell the services and do not issue the invoice instead of us.

3. Services, descriptions and prices

Europroiect Estate provides professional training in project management, consulting and corporate training. For each Live Online programme, the detailed description, calendar and price in lei (RON) are shown on the course page. Vocational training programmes may be VAT exempt as stated on the course page. 4. Registration and accounts

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Payments, invoicing, cancellation and refunds

Card payments are processed by Stripe and/or Netopia Payments (secure hosted checkout; card data is not stored on our site). Bank transfer (OP) follows the enrolment form instructions. Tax invoices are issued by SC EUROPROIECT ESTATE SRL using the billing details provided at enrolment. Detailed cancellation and refund conditions (including the 5 business days before course start rule and refund within a maximum of 5 business days after approval) are on the Returns / Cancellation page. For consumers (natural persons), distance contracts are subject to GEO no. 34/2014: the withdrawal period is 14 days, with statutory exceptions. For B2B, withdrawal follows the accepted offer; failing special clauses, the Returns / Cancellation policy applies.

6. Intellectual property

All materials, content and intellectual property on this site are owned by Europroiect Estate or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of liability

Europroiect Estate does not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

8. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law, including Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce where applicable. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania in the jurisdiction of SC EUROPROIECT ESTATE SRL's registered office (Braila). EU consumers may also use the ODR platform (ANPC) and the ADR mechanism, linked in the site footer.
