In 2008, we marked the debut of Europroiect Estate, opening both the company and the first edition of the authorized Construction Project Management course. This moment marked the beginning of a 16-year period of continuous success, during which we have consistently dominated the Romanian market for project management education, especially in the construction sector.

Under the valuable guidance of engineer Marius Gaitan, PMP, PMI-PBA, with over 40 years of experience in construction and over 30 years in project management, we ensure that our participants are exceptionally prepared to distinguish themselves in the dynamic and competitive world of construction. Our Lead Trainer and Developer, Mr. Gaitan, plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of education and professional practice within our courses.

As President of EUROPROIECT ESTATE, Mr. Eng. Marius Gaitan, PMP, PMI-PBA, sends the following MESSAGE:

Project management is the key field through which political, economic, social and cultural activities are carried out today, all over the world, and our program of activities and services is related to the promotion of project management, project managers and to improving its image professions in Romania.

I believe that every project manager is a value that needs to be converted into other values. It is our work that influences and will influence destinies. We have the power to change mentalities, to create and develop positive attitudes, values and behaviours, and to determine to a good extent how those we relate to become professionals.

Romania is at an important moment of crossroads and now, more than ever, it needs project managers to improve managerial technologies, to give a boost to the economy, business and legislation.

We are NOW the spearhead that can and must act.

This is a fight for the promotion of the Project Manager profession. The actions of the project managers and their involvement in the organization's programs will determine if we are valuable professionals or if we only live the illusion of the Project Manager profession while the economic activities and businesses take place without project management.

The fate of project managers depends on everyone's ability to make the Diplomas and Certificates obtained have value, but this cannot be achieved without our contribution together with all current and future project managers.

We, the group of professionals from EUROPROIECT ESTATE®, know how all this can be achieved and together with you we can provide the strength necessary to bring the Project Manager occupation to the place it deserves.

Our actions can and must lead to the foundation and improvement of a well-defined and widely accepted political national strategy, for the development of the most valuable resource - the human one, followed closely by the creation of conditions for the implementation and development of the effective and efficient use of the management of project with as friendly procedures as possible and few but applicable rules, as well as legislation adapted to social and economic realities. Strategic action must be taken to raise professional standards, promote the value that project managers bring to employers and organizations, and to cultivate the next generation of project management professionals.
